This module is accessible by Owner and Manager only!
From the Files Module, you can look through and manage your existing files stored on the YesHello Platform as well as upload new files to the system. You can navigate to the Files Module from the navigation menu on the left. Look for the icon that resembles a file.
The Files Module allows you to upload documents to our platform that you can later send out in to specific contacts from the Messages Module or broadcasted out from the Broadcasts Module. Not only can you upload new documents from the Files Module, you can also update existing documents.
From this table, you can browse through the list of existing files that have been uploaded onto the YesHello Platform.
You can use the search bar at the top of the Files Module to quickly find the file you need.
The File Name displays the human friendly name of each file on the system. Meanwhile, File ID is the unique identifier used to label the files stored on the YesHello Platform.
The File ID is useful for sending files from our system through integrations.
The description shows a short description of the content for each of the files. The File Type column displays the what kind of files they are.
This is the date on which the file was added to the system.
From here, you can access a dropdown menu of additional things you can do with the file. The More Actions button is on the far right. Look for three vertical dots.
From this dropdown menu you will be presented with several options:
Download: By selecting this option, you will begin locally downloading the file onto your computer. This is useful for viewing the contents of the file.
Edit: By pressing this, you will open up the Update File Menu.
Copy File ID: This will save a copy the File ID of the selected file onto your clipboard for easy copy and pasting.
Delete: This will permanently delete the selected file from the system.
Be careful, deleting a file is irreversible. We cannot help you retrieve a file that has been accidentally deleted.

The drop and drop area at the bottom is used for updating files on the YesHello Platform. Leave this field alone if you do not wish to replace current file.
You can also edit the remote URL if it is a remote file.
