3.2. SCAN WHATSAPP WEB QR CODE WITH YOUR PHONE

• On your mobile phone, open your WhatsApp application

• Press 'Settings'

• Press 'WhatsApp web'

• Press 'Scan QR code'

• Scan the QR code on your Chat API dashboard using your mobile phone

3.3. ONCE YOU ARE CONNECTED, SET YOUR INSTANCE SETTINGS

3.5. ENDNOTES - *IMPORTANT!!

To make sure your WhatsApp API connection is stable:

1. Make sure your phone is always turned ON

2. Keep your phone charged and connected to power supply

3. Make sure your phone has strong internet connection (wifi recommended)

4. Do not connect to WhatsApp web as this will disconnect Chat API connection

5. Turn OFF Android's 'Battery Optimization' feature
