## Tab Filters <a href="#tab-filters" id="tab-filters"></a>

In this tab, there are 3 types of filters for users to apply based on their reporting needs

| Filters     | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                        |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Date**    | This date range picker will allow user to select a range of dates to be applied to the reports components.                                                                                                         |
| **Sources** | <p>This sources will allow user to select one of multiple addition sources to be applied to the reports components. <br><em>Sources : Incoming Message, Developer API, Contact Import, User, Echo Message</em></p> |
| **Users**   | This user filter will allow user to select one or multiple users to be applied to the reports components.                                                                                                          |

#### Metric #1: Contacts Added <a href="#metric-1-contacts-added" id="metric-1-contacts-added"></a>

The number of contacts added within the selected time period based on the time the contact was added.

#### Metric #2: Contacts Deleted <a href="#metric-2-contacts-deleted" id="metric-2-contacts-deleted"></a>

The number of contacts deleted within the selected time period based on the time the contact was deleted.

#### Chart: Contacts Added vs Deleted <a href="#chart-contacts-added-vs-deleted" id="chart-contacts-added-vs-deleted"></a>

This multiple chart shows the number of contact added and deleted within the selected time period based on their respective dates.

### Contacts Added by Source <a href="#contacts-added-by-source" id="contacts-added-by-source"></a>

This stacked bar chart shows the number of contacts added broken down by source of how was the contacts added at the time the contacts was added.

There can be five different ways to add a contact :-&#x20;

| Source           | Description                                                                                                  |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| User             | The contact was added by a user via the Add Contact dialog in Contacts Module                                |
| Contact Import   | The contact was added via Contact Import in Contacts Module                                                  |
| Developer API    | The contact was added via Contact API                                                                        |
| Incoming Message | The contact was added when he/she sends an incoming message to the platform                                  |
| Echo Message     | The contact was added when his/her conversation was imported from the supported messaging channel (Facebook) |

### Contact Added/Deleted Log <a href="#contact-added-deleted-log" id="contact-added-deleted-log"></a>

The table lists the contact addition and deletion activity within in the Space.<br>

| Table Headers | Description                                                   |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Activity Time | The datetime of when the activity was performed               |
| Contact ID    | The ID of the contact of whom the activity was performed on   |
| Contact Name  | The name of the contact of whom the activity was performed on |
| Activity      | The activity that was performed on the associated contact     |
| Source        | The source of how the activity was performed                  |
| User          | The user who performed the activity (if applicable)           |
